Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson

Nose
Toasted almonds, raspberries, limes, lemon-grass.
Palate
Light, but firm. Sweet, like biting into a raspberry-jam tart. Then blackberries and passion-fruit (Bowmore?).
Finish
Seems slightly sharp and stinging at first, then a gradually unfolding potpourri dryness.
Comment
Some very enjoyable flavours, but lacking in dimension for me. I'll try it again at bedtime.

Paul Pacult

Nose
The ethereal bouquet is delicately fruity at the opening. With aeration, there are hints of rubber (pencil eraser) and cotton fabric. Deflates in the glass after one minute.
Palate
Sweet at palate entry, sweet at mid-palate. So wan in flavour and paper-thin in texture that I consider screaming, "Give me some meat". Manufactured. Light-bodied. Doesn't quite do it justice in terms of texture.
Finish
Candy sweet. Watery. Brief.
Comment
Okay, okay, so you can mix with it. Do I hear any other useful applications?...I'm waiting...Is this that famous sound of one hand clapping?
