Nose
Very light. Green grapes, green pear, straw bales and dill. Chalky and slightly nutty with lime, freesia and birch sap.
Palate
As expected, it's light with lots of citrus and cereal. Quite effervescent.
Finish
Crisps up.
Comment
Another in that light, post-Prohibition style.

Nose
Light but firm. Sugared almonds, lime and lemon cordial. A hint of raspberry tartness too.
Palate
Sweet but with a jammy quality, like biting into a blackberry jam tart.
Finish
Crisp and tart.
Comment
Light but there is body here too.
