- Nose
- Very light. Green grapes, green pear, straw bales and dill. Chalky and slightly nutty with lime, freesia and birch sap.
- Palate
- As expected, it's light with lots of citrus and cereal. Quite effervescent.
- Finish
- Crisps up.
- Comment
- Another in that light, post-Prohibition style.
- Nose
- Light but firm. Sugared almonds, lime and lemon cordial. A hint of raspberry
tartness too.
- Palate
- Sweet but with a jammy quality, like biting into a blackberry jam tart.
- Finish
- Crisp and tart.
- Comment
- Light but there is body here too.
