- Sage. Chestnuts. Marron glacé.
- Palate
- Sweet. Very restrained. Almonds. Fresh, pronounced, garden mint. Aniseed.
- Finish
- Spicy. Soothing.
- Comment
- Gentle to the point of reticence. Aperitif. Or try it with Morrocan food.

- Lean yet gentle. Some cereal, flour, then comes polished oak. Water moves it towards orange and grapefruit zest.
- Palate
- Good flow with some spiciness, floral notes and a tingle of red peppercorn deepening into runny toffee and vanilla pod. Soft and substantial with creamy weight.
- Finish
- Gentle, if short.
- Comment
- I'm not fat, I'm just big boned.
