Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Sage. Chestnuts. Marron glacé. Palate Sweet. Very restrained. Almonds. Fresh, pronounced, garden mint. Aniseed. Finish Spicy. Soothing. Comment Gentle to the point of reticence. Aperitif. Or try it with Morrocan food.

Dave Broom Nose Lean yet gentle. Some cereal, flour, then comes polished oak. Water moves it towards orange and grapefruit zest. Palate Good flow with some spiciness, floral notes and a tingle of red peppercorn deepening into runny toffee and vanilla pod. Soft and substantial with creamy weight. Finish Gentle, if short. Comment I’m not fat, I’m just big boned.
