Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Set honey. Fragrant. Palate Minty. First peppermint creams, then leafy garden mint. Finish Bitter chocolate. Comment Sophisticated flavours in a delicate structure. Like elaborate petits-fours.

Ian Wisniewski Nose Creamy porridge with honey, then baked apples and apricots take over. Palate Luscious, syrupy texture with nuances of digestive biscuits, thick set honey, créme brûlée, gingerbread and dried fruit. Finish Digestive biscuit dryness and créme brûlée sweetness, with a final flourish of dried fruit. Comment A mellow character with integrated flavours rather than an individual sequence.
