- Nose
- Floral and citrussy. Rose syrup, lime. Quite prickly. Green oak. Seems young. A soapy note.
- Palate
- Sweet. Grassy then getting dry and spicy. Zesty. Alcohol is quite aggressive. Peppermint.
- Finish
- Dry and grassy. Fresh chewed stem.
- Comment
- Quite harsh and burning. Alcohol is not tamed at all.

- Nose
- Acetic acid with some butteriness (should be a Hollandaise, but it's not). Underlying menthol and acetone.
- Palate
- Crude. Alcoholic. Intensely acetic. Tropical fruit.
- Finish
- Reluctant to swallow: Sweet and bitter.
- Comment
- An aggressive young punk of a dram: Sid McVicious? It might have a gastronomic application as a marinade for oily fish or perhaps in a dressing.
