Nose
Floral and citrussy. Rose syrup, lime. Quite prickly. Green oak. Seems young. A soapy note. Palate
Sweet. Grassy then getting dry and spicy. Zesty. Alcohol is quite aggressive. Peppermint. Finish
Dry and grassy. Fresh chewed stem. Comment
Quite harsh and burning. Alcohol is not tamed at all.
Michael Jackson
Nose
Acetic acid with some butteriness (Should be a Hollandaise, but it’s not). Underlying menthol and acetone. Palate
Crude. Alcoholic. Intensely acetic. Tropical fruit. Finish
Reluctant to swallow: Sweet and bitter. Comment
An aggressive young punk of a dram: Sid McVicious? It might have a gastronomic application as a marinade for oily fish or perhaps in a dressing.
