- Nose
- Appetising. Fresh, smooth, spicy.
- Palate
- Smooth. Sweet. Flavours dance on the tongue.
- Finish
- Just when I had this tagged as being delicate, a big punch with a fist of oak concluded the proceedings.
- Comment
- Stylish and disarming, but not to be taken lightly. Reminds me of Kentucky's greatest boxer.

- Nose
- Serious, ‘aged' nose with velvety peach, vanilla, wild herb notes.
- Palate
- Very soft to start: cinnamon, sugar, butter, honey, then dries.
- Finish
- Woody.
- Comment
- A good sipper, but too woody for me.
