- Nose
- Light and clean. Hint of butter. Mostly green fruits: melon, pear, unripe banana, lawnmower box. Some sweetness. Seems young.
- Palate
- Much softer (and better) than the nose: tinned fruit, firm grainy grip in the middle then easing into Opal Fruit juiciness.
- Finish
- Sweet melon balls.
- Comment
- Best drunk – and meant to be drunk – mixed. Try with ginger ale, it really works!

- Nose
- A curious lack of ‘whiskiness'. Alcohol, a gin-like citrus, juniper even. Fizzy kiwis, and a mineral-like quality. Very light.
- Palate
- Slightly toffeeish, some melon then a slight bitterness like paracetemol.
- Finish
- The sound of one hand clapping.
- Comment
- A very clean spirit, but I was left with a sense of absence.
