- Nose
- Peat, then flowery, with cinnamon and apples.
- Palate
- Firmly malty. Nutty. Grassy. Herbal.
- Finish
- Dry. Peaty and warming.
- Comment
- Very much the house style. Has not gained, or lost, much by such a long maturation.

- Nose
- A tale of an out-of-control wash still and bars of soap. Some honey still filters through. Amazing!
- Palate
- The oak takes command and though the vanilla-honey-malt combination tries to hold sway the balance has been lost a little.
- Finish
- Waxed honey, slightly strained oak but ultimately very soapy.
- Comment
- The result of a stillman's very worst nightmare.
