Palate
Sweet and smooth. Good fruity sensation. Melon. Pears poached in a spicy syrup. Almond cake.
Finish
Medium, spicy.
Comment
A fruity character. Well-balanced.

Clean and sweet. Baked banana, vanilla sugar, mango, just mown grass drying in the sun. New oak. Destroyed by water.
Palate
Quite light and slightly hollow. Lacks a mid-palate and becomes coarse to the finish.

Hard.

Lacks any real individual character – or middle palate.
