Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Light smoke, as though from a nearby lone chimney. Just a hint on the breeze. Palate Creamy. Custard. Marshmallow. Toasted coconut. Finish Toasty. Comment The peat is so light that it is barely perceptible in the nose and palate, but it's dryness creates a contrast that lifts the sweeter notes.

Dave Broom Nose Light and quite attractive, with a touch of smoke. Toasty (wholemeal bread) caramel, barley sugar, American cream soda. Palate A strange smoky perfume like burning orange tea. Light and gentle, but thin. Finish Sweet. Comment More weight is needed in the spirit.
