- Nose
- More slick and caramelised than previous. Fementing grass, hazelnut. Vegetal. Firm.
- Palate
- Thick, chewy and soft. Lots of toffee and a pleasant silkiness.
- Finish
- Then suddenly a metallic catch.
- Comment
- Decent spirit the oak has added a hard edge. Lacks interaction between oak and spirit.

- Nose
- The same unusual wood note as the previous one. With a cooked citrus note.Caramel emerges too. A heady floral note.
- Palate
- More balanced than the previous one. Wood is tamed. Some sweetness at midpalate. But the woody notes
overwhelm.
- Finish
- Dry,spicy. And an unpleasant bitterness (artichoke leaves).
- Comment
- More consistency than the previous one. But when wood is a blinding screen, there is not much excitement.
