- Nose
- Rooty, with touches of putty and a slight cheesy note. Toasted wood, hot
sesame oil. Lots of smoke - and another which shows agricultural
touches: compost and tomato leaf.
- Palate
- Sweet with seashell, big peatiness mixed with chocolate and mushroom.
Good texture.
- Finish
- Dry smoke.
- Comment
- Not exactly refined, but a bit of rough does you no harm and certainly a big
improvement. There's just something about the wood that isn't quite right.

- Nose
- Butyric. Stale cheese. Dairy parlour.
- Palate
- Dry with an immediate butyric note as well. Quite burning. A salty sensation.
- Finish
- Warm and dry. A touch of dry almond.
- Comment
- Water takes some of the butyric notes but not the burning sensation.
Unbalanced and leaving an unpleasant taste.
