75- Nose
- Very young and slightly unformed. Malt and the rubberiness of immature spirit with some floral character behind.
- Palate
- Clean and sweet with a crisp spiciness mid-palate that brings to mind wild flowers. Lightly honeyed.
- Finish
- Hot and tight.
- Comment
- It's young, but the spirit is clean and sound.

72- Nose
- Grassy, sweet. Drying hay. A bit grainy. Hint of demerara sugar. Infused vanilla pod. White tea.
- Palate
- Smooth. Very sweet. Quite cloying. The same grassy profile as the nose. Vanilla syrup. Getting spicy.
- Finish
- Drier, spicy. Ginger. Lemon zest.
- Comment
- A sweet character, lacking balance of course. Not surprising for a work in progress. Very much cereal-centered. Not sure it is interesting to bottle such an infant.
