Nose
Very young and slightly unformed. Malt and the rubberiness of immature spirit with some floral character behind.
Palate
Clean and sweet with a crisp spiciness mid-palate that brings to mind wild flowers. Lightly honeyed.
Finish
Hot and tight.
Comment
It's young, but the spirit is clean and sound.

Nose
Grassy, sweet. Drying hay. A bit grainy. Hint of demerara sugar. Infused vanilla pod. White tea.
Palate
Smooth. Very sweet. Quite cloying. The same grassy profile as the nose. Vanilla syrup. Getting spicy.
Finish
Drier, spicy. Ginger. Lemon zest.
Comment
A sweet character, lacking balance of course. Not surprising for a work in progress. Very much cereal-centered. Not sure it is interesting to bottle such an infant.
