Michael Jackson

Nose: Aromatic. Dried flowers. Buttercups. Grated lemon zest.
Palate: Lemon meringue pie, but fairly tart.
Finish: Slightly dusty and gritty.
Comment: Lots of cereal-grain character. Seemed dry at first, but developed dessert sweetness – especially with water.

Dave Broom

Nose: Very sweet. Macaroon bar, marzipan, box, oak, caramel shortcake. Pink marshmallow.
Palate: Fragrant. Starts sweetly then wood clenches up. Slightly insubstantial.
Finish: Sweet creamy, light lemon.
Comment: Promises plenty on the nose, but doesn't deliver fully on the palate.
