- Sweet. Demerara sugar. Grassy.Fennel. Vanilla syrup. Like a distant rum note.

- Smooth,velvety. Caressing.Beautiful mouthfeel. Pears cooked in a vanilla syrup.

- Long,reluctantly fading.
- Comment
- A bourbon cask maturation followed by a rum finish ? Take your time to enjoy this sunny dram. Really subtle.

- Pineapple candy,very sweet,clean barley,zesty with some late spice.

- Complex,intriguing but perhaps a tad too sweet for this taster.
