- Sweet. Demerara sugar. Grassy.Fennel. Vanilla syrup. Like a distant rum note.

- Smooth,velvety. Caressing.Beautiful mouthfeel. Pears cooked in a vanilla syrup.
- Finish
- Long,reluctantly fading.
- Comment
- A bourbon cask maturation followed by a rum finish ? Take your time to
enjoy this sunny dram. Really subtle.

- Sweet but rustic,with damp straw, some meatiness,a touch of ginger root.
- Palate
- Pineapple candy,very sweet,clean barley,zesty with some late spice.
- Finish
- Medium long,pleasant and with some sweet pepper and/or paprika notes.
- Comment
- Complex,intriguing but perhaps a tad too sweet for this taster.
