Here's a similar but slightly more muted acetone note seen in a previous sample but backed this time with more dusty cereal - flour sacks and wet plaster.
Palate
The palate is similar to an earlier sample in the batch, but slightly less scented with more sour apple.
Finish
Clean and short.
Comment
Young and gawky, but there's something stirring.

Nose
Fragrant. Pine resin, eucalyptus. Then opens on fruity notes. Tangerine, even a more exotic citrus fruit like uzu.
Palate
Sweet. Unusual flavours. Strong resinous notes followed by sweet vanilla syrup.
Finish
Quickly fading, leaving a sweet taste.
Comment
The nose is pleasant but the palate does not deliver much apart from sweet syrupy flavours. Has obviously matured in a ‘different' cask. Not convincing though.
