75- Nose
- Fragrant. Leafy and grassy with meadow flower scents. Mash-tun atmosphere.
- Palate
- Aniseed. Rich maltiness reminiscent of hayloft. Nutty and creamy.
- Finish
- Quiet and soothing with an appetising liquoriced profile.
- Comment
- A satisfying, nourishing, clean malt. But where is the bay?

- Very pretty, lifted nose all apple blossom, icing sugar, light honey and reminiscent of those crystallised fruits filled with fruit syrup.
- Palate
- Light, (as you'd expect) maybe just a little too light. Some lemon/icing sugar mid-palate but it doesn't quite carry to the finish.
- Finish
- Short. Fades quickly.
- Comment
- Drink neat.
