Nose
Deliciously floral. Narcissus, hyacinth. Followed by a rich fruity mix. Lemon sherbet. Greengage pie. Honey. Toffee. A real complexity.
Palate
Round, satisfying. Beautiful silk feel. Citrussy. Grapefruit. Lime. Apricots.
Finish
Lingering, on the tongue, nearly bubbly. Nutty.
Comment
A rewarding marriage of weight and elegancy.

Nose
Rich, sweet and generous. Coconut, cooked plum, spice (ginger), apple peel, hazelnut, passion fruit. Hard toffee deepening into liquorice.
Palate
Soft and syrupy, then a grip of oak. Chocolate truffle, spice, toffee apple. Oak clamps up quickly.
Finish
Spicy, nutmeg.
Comment
Great nose, but don't add water.
