Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Meadow flowers. Clover. Wild herbs. Sweet. Palate Creamy. Textured. Cereal grain. Crushed barley. Oatmeal. Finish Distinctly nutty. Hazelnuts. Faint, toasty, hint of peat. Comment Delicate, and definitely Speyside, but not quite as elegant as some expressions I have tasted.

Dave Broom Nose Delicate. Nuts, sultana, honey. Hint of linoleum and oily rag. Palate Gently pleasant. A chewy mid-palate, with a little liquorice bitterness. Finish Banana, toffee. Short. Comment Delicate, light and simple.
