Tasting Notes

Dave Broom Nose Light to the point of neutrality. A whiff of cut grass, a hint of lemon juice, but little else. Palate Light, hot. Bypasses the taste buds and goes for sensation rather than flavour. Finish Hot. Comment If you want to build a new distillery you have to be willing to take the financial hit of waiting until the whisky is ready.

Ian Buxton Nose Grassy, fruity, citrus notes and some smelly socks. Palate Quite assertive. Finish Short finish with little development and complexity. Comment Not unpleasant.
