- Nose
- Light to the point of neutrality. A whiff of cut grass, a hint of lemon juice, but little else.
- Palate
- Light, hot. Bypasses the taste buds and goes for sensation rather than flavour.
- Finish
- Hot.
- Comment
- If you want to build a new distillery you have to be willing to take the financial hit of waiting until the whisky is ready.

- Nose
- Grassy, fruity, citrus notes and some smelly socks.

- Quite assertive.
- Finish
- Short finish with little development and complexity.
- Comment
- Not unpleasant.
