Nose
Once again alcohol is the main characteristic. High-toned and slightly soapy. Light mint, fir trees. Plastic here as well. Palate
Quite sweet and rigidly structured. Not bad with water. A clean sweet centre suggesting a spirit which is beginning to come together, but is far from complete. Finish
Some length and residual sweetness. Comment
We’re moving in the right direction here.
Ian Buxton
Nose
Spirity, anaesthetic, faded vanilla extract. Palate
Flavour notes seem under-developed and overwhelmed by the spirit. Finish
Spirit dominates. Comment
May develop with time.
