- Nose
- Refined, lightly scented with lots of lots of birch, pine and earthy iris. Pure, with a perfect bone structure.
- Palate
- Sweet, lifted, gentle and pure with hints of moss and mint. Just lacks a
little extrain the centre.
- Finish
- Clean and soft.
- Comment
- It is of its style, which is one in its restraint and coolness is becoming
increasingly potent. For me this just needs a little energy to lift it into excellence.

- Nose
- Light. Grassy, lemony. A bit sharp. Herbal tea. Lemon grass. Warm vanilla
custard. Muësli.
- Palate
- Smooth at first. Then pretty fizzy. Very refreshing. Peppermint, star anis.
Herbalist shop.
- Finish
- Pleasantly soothing on powder ginger and lemon zest.
- Comment
- An enjoyable light but vibrant dram. Which will accompany a fish dish (add
a splash of water in your glass). Don't expect complexity. The cask did not
give much.
