Nose
Clean and malty with some pear like fruit. It softens into butter with some minty notes. With water,green malt, grass and cucumber. A little chalky.
Palate
Comice pear. Water (and it can take a fair bit) brings out a muted horchata note alongside buttery chamomile. Slightly green.
Finish
Floral then green and nutty.

Perfectly pleasant.

Grassy and herbal. Hay,lemon balm, angelica. Clover. Orange blossom honey. Vanilla creeps in.
Palate
Sweet and smooth. Satin-like. Perfect balance with nose. Herbal notes and vanilla nicely entangled.
Finish
Soothing,lusciously mellow. The aniseed aftertaste keeps the palate fresh.
Comment
Afresh,clean,cheerful whisky. To be lazily sipped with a summer dish (lobster salad,or melon and Serrano ham).
