- Nose
- Custard slices, cherry stone/marzipan and a hint of angelica before a shift to freesia then iced biscuits. High toned. A little naked with water suggestive of youth, but has character.
- Palate
- Gentle and fairly sweet. Lychee like fruits. Well balanced. Moves into tinned peach. Best neat as water brings out a new make note.
- Finish
- Short and clean.
- Comment
- Mackmyra comes of age and it's good.

- Nose
- Light and floral. Unripe lemon at first nose. Then opening on sweeter notes.
Lemonade. Vanilla waffle.
- Palate
- Smooth. Round and gentle; bowl of cereals. Muësli with grapefruit .segments. Yogurt. A touch of white chocolate. A delicate minty note
- Finish
- Not long but smooth with a slight almondy note.
- Comment
- A dram which needs time to reveal itself. Young maybe but well shaped. A
comfort on a rainy day.
