- Oaky. Fresh wood. Opens up on fruit. Apples cooked in the oven with cinnamon and honey. Dry mushrooms.An earthy touch.
- Palate
- Crisp. Malty,with a hint of toasted coffee beans. Oak is better integrated than on the nose. Gets nuttier. Ginger.
- Finish
- Warm,dry,nutty.
- Comment
- A decent dram. Needs time to settle down and tone the oakiness on the nose down.

- Creamyness,chocolate eclair, accompanied by soft,ripe fruit sweetness,while background toastyness underlines and counterpoints the richness.

- Indulgence moving to dryness.
