Michael Jackson

Nose
Sweet and syrupy without being cloying. Fruity. Sweet lime juice. Very faint grassy peatiness.
Palate
Soft, fresh, pillowy. Very clean, marshmallow.
Finish
Light, sweet. Biscuity. Hint of toasty dryness.
Comment
A lovely, clean, malty, easily drinkable, whisky. The label promises peat, but that is hard to find.

Dave Broom

Nose
Initially a farmyardy aroma, then lots of smoke, turned earth, grass, cereal and some soft ripe fruits.
Palate
Very smoky but with a soft juicy texture. Well balanced.
Finish
Long, becoming sweet.
Comment
Well balanced and juicy.
