- Nose
- Light and discreet with blossom like edges. White tea with lemon, a hint of
agave. Chalky and ultimately fragrant.
- Palate
- Clean and very pure with wild flowers and lily. Some acidity giving balance. Thicker in the centre of the tongue than you might expect.
- Finish
- Clean and quick.
- Comment
- An unexpectedly light (but well balanced) Cragganmore.

- Nose
- Prickly. The alcohol is aggressive. Herbal. Lemon balm. White tea. Drying
hay but with a musty touch. Lemonade. Aeration tames the fieriness. Light flowery aromas.
- Palate
- Crisp but not as spirity as the nose would let expect. The same herbal
profile as on the nose.
- Finish
- Short.Minty. With a dusty spices feel.
- Comment
- That whisky has obviously matured in a tired cask. The alcohol is not mastered. But the aromatic profile is not unpleasant.
