Nose
Intensely floral and sweet. Just a little alcohol kick at first but it quickly fades. Freesia. Fresh pineapple. Really lively and multilayered. In time, vanilla syrup, aniseed.
Palate
Crisp and light. Fizzy feel but the alcohol is well mastered and smoothed by pleasant fruity flavours. Grassy and spicier with water.
Finish
Sherbety and dry. Soft spices.
Comment
Invigorating like a crisp spring morning. Fragrances in the air. I prefer it neat.

Nose
Lovely and sweet but with some delicate floral edges to it. Tropical fruits, mango, pineapple and watermelon. Layers of fruit and sweetness.
Palate
Clean and fresh. The fruit fest continues, with spices joining in , cinnamon, powdered ginger and a little thyme laced salt.
Finish
Dries with those spices gripping.
Comment
A restorative dram, this will perk you up after a walk.
