Nose
Fruity and grainy. Fruit and cereals bar. Then a herbal note. Camomile and meadowsweet flowers.
Palate
Very smooth. Sweet and a bit weak at midpalate. Pleasant creamy fudge.
Finish
In the same tone as the nose and palate. Fades quickly.
Comment
A well balanced dram but it would have gained more being bottled at a higher strength.

Masses of fruit here, cooked apples, pear tart and Cooper's marmalade. A herbal quality and toffee.
Palate
Well balanced with sweetness at the front. Fruit and clotted cream.
Finish
Short and fruity.
Comment
A well put together but needs a little more punch.
