- Nose
- Fruity and grainy. Fruit and cereals bar. Then a herbal note. Camomile and meadowsweet flowers.
- Palate
- Very smooth. Sweet and a bit weak at midpalate. Pleasant creamy fudge.
- Finish
- In the same tone as the nose and palate. Fades quickly.
- Comment
- A well balanced dram but it would have gained more being bottled at a
higher strength.

- Nose
- Masses of fruit here, cooked apples, pear tart and Cooper's marmalade. A
herbal quality and toffee.
- Palate
- Well balanced with sweetness at the front. Fruit and clotted cream.
- Finish
- Short and fruity.
- Comment
- A well put together but needs a little more punch.
