Mossy and nutty (pecan) with soft fruits and some smoke. Slightly hard with water: tea leaves, wholemeal toast, a spicy tobacco note. A clean, quite light spirit. Palate
Spicy and sweetly concentrated: pecan pie, ripe fruits. Finish
Hint of smoke. Comment
Good weight, wood is beginning to show.
