Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Aromatic. Honeyish. Flowery, with a slightly sharp, herbal, dryness. Palate Orangey. Developing suggestions of toasted coconut and cedary notes. Finish Oily dryness. Warming. Comment Pleasant. Could be slightly rounder.

Dave Broom Nose Slightly raw note: crisp and sappily green, lead pencils. There’s also a tarry note that reminds me of Pontefract cakes. Palate Sweet and malty with raspberry, but overall pretty hard and young. The spirit seems concentrated, still sleeping. Finish Sweet. Comment Concentrated and tense, a little immature.
