Nose
Lightly oily with some plasticene/pear drop/green plums. This then shifts into drumskin, oiled leather and candlewax. Some soft stone fruit notes in time. Palate
Sneaks into the mouth and seeps across the tongue. Mango. Broadens and sweetens in the mid-palate but then starts to fade rapidly. Finish
Thin and short. Comment
A little lacking in impact after such a big nose. Worth a look though.
Arthur Motley
Nose
Fruit salad chews, strawberries and lemon balm. A bit of fermenting grass and some background sourness to balance out the cuteness. Palate
Soft, sweet and malty, with more strawberries. Finish
Short, with a gentle oakiness and maybe a little smoke. Comment
A session malt, pure and simple.
