- Nose
- Fresh apple juice (Cox) with light oakiness and pulpy fruits. The wood
moves into sweet biscuit,medlar.
- Palate
- Slightly sour to start, then flattens rather than lifts. There's mint and thick
sweet fruits. A little cloying.
- Finish
- Sweet.
- Comment
- Not at its best.

- Nose
- Fruity. A full basket. Ripe banana, juicy pear (pear drop at first nose).A touch
of Demerara sugar. Plum purée.
- Palate
- A lovely enveloping velvety texture. Exotic fruit. Banana again, pine apple.Keeps on the fruity trail. Then an elegant spicy festoon frames that Arcimboldo painting.
- Finish
- Lusciously sweet and fruity. Soft spices in the back.
- Comment
- A delicious dram. Could easily replace a dessert.
