- Nose
- Touch yeasty/rising dough, floral notes alongside candy floss. Leafy and sappy with lime zest and strawberry.
- Palate
- Good entrance. Delicate and floral once more before broadening in the centre where there's some nutty oak.
Dilute adds to the mid-palate weight
but also pulls out a dusty pollen like
note.Vivacious
- Finish
- Crisp and grassy. Like a young Hunter Valley Semillon.
- Comment
- Another which shows that light doesn't mean insubstantial.

- Nose
- Instantly fresh cut grass then moves into coconut, cedar and wood shavings.
- Palate
- Very slight bitter edge but with an engaging herbal quality.
- Finish
- Short and grippy, keeps tying to come back with waves of crispness.
- Comment
- A good full-bodied dram for a pre-dinner moment.
