Hugely aromatic. Spicy. Mustardy. Palate
Oily. Very lively Extraordinarily spicy. Mustard, cumin seeds, coriander seed, Chinese parsley (cilantro). Finish
Slightly sour, acid tang. Comment
Spectacular aperitif. I wanted to eat a whole salmon.

Nose
Light smoke with gentle soft fruits and hints of orange leaf, hot bracken, privet blossom and a maritime edge. Quite sexy. Palate
Oily jumpers and a silky texture. Well balanced with smoke kicking in. Light. Finish
Soft. Comment
Typical Clynelish in its texture but a smokier than usual example.
