- Hugely aromatic. Spicy. Mustardy.
- Palate
- Oily. Very lively. Extraordinarily spicy. Mustard, cumin seeds, coriander seed, Chinese parsley (cilantro).
- Finish
- Slightly sour, acid tang.
- Comment
- Spectacular aperitif. I wanted to eat a whole salmon.

- Light smoke with gentle soft fruits and hints of orange leaf, hot bracken, privet blossom and a maritime edge. Quite sexy.
- Palate
- Oily jumpers and a silky texture. Well balanced with smoke kicking in. Light.
- Finish
- Soft.
- Comment
- Typical Clynelish in its texture but a smokier than usual example.
