- Nose
- Gentle and floral, apple (fruit/blossom), heather, pear, raspberry, chocolate. Sweet oak.
- Palate
- Soft start, a burst of sweetness with gentle waves of flavour: flowers, nutty oak, malt, dried grasses and orchard fruits. Subtle and balanced.
- Finish
- Complex, nutty.
- Comment
- Softness and subtlety is underrated these days, but can be more complex as any big old bruiser.
