- Lightly fragrant. A hint of orange blossom honey.
- Palate
- Crème caramel, dusted with cinnamon.
- Finish
- Fruity tartness. Raspberries? Lemons.
- Comment
- The most elegant bottlng of the three from Dallas Dhu in this tasting. Soft, soothing.

75- Nose
- A bit unyielding on the nose but there's some apple, baked banana and chocolate milk.
- Palate
- Medium bodied with gentle soft chewy feel. Sinks into the middle of the palate well. Rolos and then spices.
- Finish
- Clean with some fruits.
- Comment
- This take a LONG time to open, but is worth it when it does.
