Nose
Aromatic. Restrained peat smoke. Palate
Peaty, grassy, potpourri. Bath Olivers. Finish
Dry, intense. Slightly bitter. Woody. Comment
Good structure, but spoiled by bitterness and woodiness.

Nose
Blossom (cherry/apple). Lightly spicy and young. Pine. With water Roquefort cheese (!) and nut oil. Palate
Sweet and sugared light and lemony. The cheese is still there. Finish
Clean fresh and short. Comment
A charming dram from a still which usually is pretty bland.
