- Aromatic. Restrained peat smoke.
- Palate
- Peaty, grassy, potpourri. Bath Olivers.
- Finish
- Dry, intense. Slightly bitter. Woody.
- Comment
- Good structure, but spoiled by bitterness and woodiness.

- Blossom (cherry/apple). Lightly spicy and young. Pine. With water Roquefort cheese (!) and nut oil.

- Sweet and sugared light and lemony. The cheese is still there.

- Clean fresh and short.

- A charming dram from a still which usually is pretty bland.
