Michael Jackson

Nose: New leather. Pigskin.
Palate: Slightly oily. Roast pork. Red apples. Hazelnuts.
Finish: Char. Oak.
Comment: This delicate malt in unusually full flavour.

Dave Broom

Nose: Very perfumed. Turkish delight, wood oils, leather, pine forest. With water: amaretto, dried flowers, orange peel. Complex.
Palate: Good weight and firm structure with an interesting sooty note. Allspice, orange pekoe tea and dry nuts. Very good balance.
Finish: Strawberry and marzipan.
Comment: Evidence of this still's ability to age superbly well.
