Tasting Notes

Michael Jackson Nose Clean, dry, lemony. Firm. Palate Very clean. Fresh, Lemony. Quite sweet. Finish Dry, crisp. Comment Easily drinkable. Very pleasant. Refreshing. Not especially complex.

Jim Murray Nose Excellent firm, grassy malt base. A hint of peat. Palate A starburst of rich, mouth watering and malt. Finish Soft, fabulously intrinsic peaty notes from the Yoichi school give brilliant length and depth. Comment A very, very fine blend that which makes no apology for the peaty complexity of Yoichi malt. Classy stuff.
