Nose
Fruit and cereal. Dusty grain. Grapefruit segments. Vanilla waffle. Gets creamier in time.
Palate
Smooth and sweet. Then a spicy explosion follows. Grain again. With a touch of maize. Tabasco. A refreshing hint of mint.
Finish
Dry,medium long.
Comment
A grainy profile enriched by fruity flavours. I'd happily try it chilled.

Nose
Dry and dusty with a little fruit. Reminds me of a rye. Acidic fruits. Cream porridge and cornflakes.
Palate
Big sweetness and then dry spices, cinnamon. Sits right in the middle of the tongue. Mild menthol with buttery sweetcorn.
Finish
Crisp but the spices linger.

A whisky I would like to try as a Manhattan for sure.
