- Nose
- Fruit and cereal. Dusty grain. Grapefruit segments. Vanilla waffle. Gets creamier in time.
- Palate
- Smooth and sweet. Then a spicy explosion follows. Grain again. With a touch of maize. Tabasco. A refreshing hint of mint.
- Finish
- Dry,medium long.
- Comment
- A grainy profile enriched by fruity flavours. I'd happily try it chilled.

- Nose
- Dry and dusty with a little fruit. Reminds me of a rye. Acidic fruits. Cream porridge and cornflakes.
- Palate
- Big sweetness and then dry spices, cinnamon. Sits right in the middle of the tongue. Mild menthol with buttery sweetcorn.
- Finish
- Crisp but the spices linger.
- Comment
- A whisky I would like to try as a Manhattan for sure.
