- Nose
- Rich fruit. Red grape juice. Burnt wood. Liquorice.Touch of tar.
- Palate
- Crisp and dry. A medicinal taste like a cough syrup.Very concentrated. Spicy explosion. Tabasco.
- Finish
- Bold, spicy. Tar and liquorice (“pastilles du mineur”– miner's losanges).
- Comment
- A bold character, delivering the whole package at once.Keeps spirity to the finish. Water cuts the edges but still
tooharsh for me.
