- Jam. Fruit. An apricot danish. Still at breakfast?

- Vanilla. Cream. Bread pudding. Gentle flavours, but delivered in an intense concentration.

- Sappy. Fresh. Oak. Bittersweet.

- Finally made it to lunch.

- Lean and sappy. Quite intense: white pepper, powdered ginger/coriander. Softens slightly into toffee apple, toasted tea cake, cigar box.

- Soft, syrupy feel within a pretty firm, dry structure. Serious.
