- Nose
- Restrained at first. Creamy and fruity. Stewed apricots in vanilla and spices. Milk chocolate. Slowly reveals its complexity.
- Palate
- Round, unctuous at start, then becoming sherbety, somewhat fizzy. Lots of dried fruit. Liquorice. A kentuckied cognac?
- Finish
- Long, drying, spicy (coriander, ginger) with a slight astringence. Touch of passion fruit.
- Comment
- Surprising. Seems subdued at first, then shines through when oxygenated.

- Nose
- Soft and very gentle. Peanut brittle, sloe berry. Orange Pekoe tea, privet blossom, dry spices, caramelised orange. Subtle and balanced.
- Palate
- A slow soft start. Sweet tobacco. Ripe black fruits. Orange peel. Long and generous.
- Finish
- Long and sweet.
- Comment
- The softest and least in-yer-face. Just a slow steady flow of flavour. Recommended.
