- Very aromatic. Flowery. Nuts. Marzipan.
- Palate
- Light-bodied but very fruity indeed. Reminiscent of fruitcake with candied orange peels.
- Finish
- Light, clean. Vanilla pods.
- Comment
- Easy drinking, but worth more than a moment's thought.

- Rich and deep. Leather armchairs, walnut, dark fruit and tobacco. Oaky as it opens.
- Palate
- Big and thick. Starts sweetly with a gingery lift. Great balance between old scuffed leather, nutty toffee and spicy rye.

- Long if a little woody.
- Comment
- A great old-style sippin' bourbon and a great base for an Old Fashioned.
