83- Nose
- Intensely perfumed, all bubblegum and strawberry. Cherry phosphate, sandalwood, naphthalene, rose petal.
- Palate
- Dry start then comes citrus. Lemon all the way, even a touch of Fisherman's Friends. Intense and clean. Solid and sweet, it glides along the tongue showing great balance.
- Finish
- Fresh and zesty with a sudden reverse on the finish where the toffee returns.
- Comment
- Balanced and complex. Recommended.

- Intense, rich. Dried apricot, dates, sultanas. Old leather. Cooked damson plums. Candied pineapple. Opening on crème brûlée.
- Palate
- Rich, with a refined viscosity. Damson plums again and spices. Nutmeg, cinnamon. A fungal touch. Oak is elegantly integrated.
- Finish
- Dry with a slight oaky grip but nothing unpleasant.
- Comment
- The nose of a cognac XO, the palate of an old bourbon. Absolutely enticing and full of class.
