76- Nose
- Well layered with mint,sweet spices, candied fruits. Almost confected. Cocktail cherries,violet,orange and lemon rind. The water increases the scented notes along with rock candy but also a bitter note. Pine sap with water and then strawberry.
- Palate
- Hugely fragrant,as you expect, in fact, it's so high-toned it's almost over the top. Light oaky tones,kirsch.
- Finish
- Oak grip.
- Comment
- A bit much on its own but a great cocktail spirit.

- Prickly. Sour fruit. Cider apple. Nail varnish,fresh paint. A hint of cedar wood. Then creamier toffee notes. Polished floor.
- Palate
- Smooth and velvety. Chocolate toffee and sour apples coated in vanilla custard.
- Finish
- Medium long, dry with a slightly bitter oak note.
- Comment
- A bourbon with a high content of rye? Provided you allow it time to open,you will enjoy its company.
