75- Nose
- Sweet, breakfast muesli with fresh fruit and milk. The smoke is so reticent you could miss it.
- Palate
- The 'breakfast' nose comes through, with a little more banana, and the same shy smoke.
- Finish
- Elegantly fruity, with a little more smoke at the last.
- Comment
- Lightweight, but very drinkable.

- Sweet. Cereal, Sugar Puffs, banana, nuts, violet, sesame. Gentle smoke. Delicate and pretty.
- Palate
- Gentle, light and smooth. Kiln-like with notes of bran along with lychee and apricot. A smoky centre. Precise.
- Finish
- Nutty. Light smoke.
- Comment
- A good aperitif. Strangely like a Rockley Still rum.
