- Peaty and slightly briny. Oily notes once more. Dry leaves lanolin mint and ginger beer.
- Palate
- Medicinal. Chocolate orange. Smoke returns to balance things on the finish. Very interesting.
- Finish
- Fruity and sweet.
- Comment
- This has it all but goes about it in an unflashy manner. Good.

- Sweet mint, some basil and creamy vanilla. Some cereal husk. Apples and lime and an elegant smoke. A little linseed.

- More sweet mint, some dark chocolate and lots of vanilla. Bright yellow vanilla ice cream.

- Gentle smoke and some wood-spice.
- Comment
- Good complexity, structure and balance of smoke, spice and sweetness.
