Nose
Back to oiliness again. This time oilskins along with cream, light smoke and an earthy quality. Cherry and pear. Palate
Fragrant fruitiness. Very lifted and charming. Tinned cling peaches... Finish
Pears topped with tinned cream. Comment
Light and discreet. Perfectly pleasant but not exactly exciting.
Arthur Motley
Nose
Candied lemon, some smoke, and a slightly sulphury in the background. Fruit salad and some dry grassiness. Palate
Sweet malt, fruit cocktail and vanilla custard, with a lightly syrupy texture. Finish
Custard cream biscuits. Comment
Not overly complex but very pleasant flavour and well textured. A sunny session dram.
